“Don’t pray… it won’t save you!” This is a tale of long ago, when theworld was obsessed with witches. In the kingdom of Ekskuld, the “witches” whoworshiped and made offerings to devils were convicted by the clergy and burnedat the stake in the name of God.

One member of “The Hammer for the Holy,” whichhunts the clergy who carry out “witch hunts,” is a lower knight called Mist, whochallenges the “holy warrior” who carries a mysteriously huge sword to a duel.
